Required Documents
To receive compensation, a depositor must submit the relevant documents depending on the type of guaranteed case. Below is a list of basic documents for the most common situations.
Individual Depositor
- Identity document (passport);
- Deposit agreement or account information;
- Application for compensation.
Individual Entrepreneur
- Passport;
- Document confirming registration as an individual entrepreneur;
- Deposit agreement or account information.
Compensation Received by an Heir
- Heir’s passport;
- Certificate of inheritance;
- Documents confirming the deceased depositor’s deposit.
Compensation Received by Power of Attorney
- Passport of the authorized representative;
- Notarized power of attorney;
- Documents confirming the depositor’s deposit.
Depositor Residing Abroad
- Copy of passport;
- Notarized power of attorney (if required);
- Documents certified in accordance with applicable legislation.
Depositor with Multiple Deposits
- Passport;
- Agreement or account information for each deposit;
- Application for compensation.
