Digital Transformation of the Agency’s Business Processes
This material outlines the key directions for modernizing the Agency’s Information and Analytical System (IAS), digitalizing services, and accelerating compensation payments in the event of an insured case.

In the field of digitalization, the Agency’s primary objective over the next two years is the innovative development of software and technological solutions and the establishment of a fully functional IT system that enables fast, secure, and efficient compensation payments to depositors.
The following modules are planned to be integrated into the existing Information and Analytical System:
- calculation of estimated compensation amounts and online submission of applications via the official website;
- creation of encrypted communication channels among deposit protection system participants;
- creation of encrypted communication channels among deposit protection system participants;
- automation of payment processes with agent banks and strengthening data security;
- introduction of the “Multi-Banking” subsystem to support liquidator functions.

The Agency’s staff has developed and approved technical specifications for the modernization of the IAS. The Agency’s 2025 budget allocates funds for system upgrades. Preparatory work for procurement procedures through the state procurement portal is currently underway.
Digital transformation will enable remote compensation payments, improve service accessibility, accelerate calculations, and significantly reduce time and financial costs for citizens.
