On March 12 and 14, 2024, employees of the Deposit Protection Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, as part of Global Money Week 2024, delivered a lecture on the deposit protection system.
The lecture was organized for employees of banks participating in the deposit protection system and a participating microfinance company. During the session, participants received detailed information on how the deposit protection system operates, depositor rights, guaranteed compensation mechanisms, and key legislative provisions.
The event aimed to enhance the professional capacity of financial institution staff and increase awareness of the deposit protection system.
