The Deposit Protection Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) is a state institution responsible for ensuring the functioning of the deposit protection system for individuals and individual entrepreneurs in banks, microfinance companies and housing savings credit companies of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Agency’s activities are aimed at maintaining financial stability and strengthening public confidence in the banking system.

One of the key functions of the Agency is the payment of compensation to depositors of participants of the deposit protection system in accordance with the procedure and limits established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Currently, the Agency is implementing measures to automate the process of compensation payments to depositors of bankrupt banks, microfinance companies and housing savings credit companies.

The developed software solutions ensure accurate processing of depositor data, prompt compensation payments through agent banks, as well as the automated generation of reports and analytical materials.

As a result, the compensation payment process becomes more transparent, secure and convenient for citizens.
